I’m Yaakov Hagay, founder of Structura Remodeling and a licensed general contractor here in Los Angeles. I grew up in construction — my grandfather worked in the industry, and my father was a developer and contractor. I learned the work from the ground up, on job sites, doing everything from cleanup to hands-on building.

I started Structura because I saw too many homeowners deal with poor communication, unclear pricing, and contractors who weren’t accountable. Today I personally manage every project from start to finish. You work directly with me — no middlemen, no confusion.
