Bathroom remodeling - Los Angeles

After meeting with a number of contractors over the past two years, working with Kobi and the Structura team has been a refreshing change of pace. I knew from the beginning this project would be different because Kobi demonstrably cares about his business and his clients. After quoting my project, I asked if I could take the night to review and discuss with my spouse, and without hesitation Kobi said that was fine and we should review the details to make sure everything was correct and that we were comfortable with our choice to hire Structura. I appreciate Kobi's desire to make sure I was confident in my choice rather than just wanting to close a deal quickly. Kobi excels at communicating project updates, changes, and expectations. If something was discussed in person or on the phone, we'd have an email follow up to log any important details. He also accompanied me to various showrooms to help pick out tile and fixtures which was very helpful to not have to do alone. The crew was efficient and respectful of our home, and the end result is better than I imagined. I can't stop smiling when I see the difference in our new bathroom. I'm looking forward to working with Structura on future projects as well.
